AIR POLLUTION SPECIALIST

The Emission Compliance, Automotive Regulations and Science (ECARS) Division is recruiting for an Air Pollution Specialist vacancy. The successful candidate will join the Advanced Clean Cars Branch (ACCB). The ACCB’s mission is to foster a sustainable market for zero and near zero emission light-duty technologies through regulation and complementary policies. The Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Implementation Section is responsible for developing and implementing complementary policies for the ZEV Regulation. These efforts include technical, environmental, and economic assessments, assistance with charging station development, support for codes and standards development, and public outreach and education.
