Join The California Energy Commission's Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program on August 13th and 14th, 2015 in releasing this Draft Solicitation Concepts document in advance of developing the next hydrogen refueling infrastructure solicitation. The goal of the next solicitation is to provide grant funds to projects in specified regions which expand the network of publicly accessible hydrogen refueling stations to serve the current population of fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) and to accommodate the planned large-scale roll-out of FCEVs in the 2016-2018 timeframe.
California Energy Commission staff will conduct a 2-day workshop on August 13th and 14th, 2015, to provide a forum to discuss these draft solicitation concepts.
Please refer to the Notice of Staff Workshop for additional details on how to participate in this meeting through WebEx, the Energy Commission's online meeting service. [http://www.energy.ca.gov/altfuels/notices/index.html ]
Written comments should be submitted to the Dockets Unit by 5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2015. Written comments will also be accepted at the workshop, however, the Commission may not have time to review them before the conclusion of the meeting. The Energy Commission encourages comments by e-mail. Please include your name and any organization name. Comments should be in a downloadable, searchable format such as Microsoft® Word (.doc) or Adobe® Acrobat® (.pdf). Please include the docket number 15-HYD-01 and indicate Draft Solicitation Concepts for Hydrogen Refueling Infrastructure in the subject line.
