California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff have led several workgroup meetings over the past few years focusing on charging and hydrogen infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty commercial zero-emission vehicles, and the related infrastructure challenges and opportunities facing public and commercial fleets. The meetings have touched on funding, utility interactions, project planning and execution, and access to public infrastructure to name a few.
