CHARGE - WA Commerce RFI: Help Shape New Hydrogen Program

he Washington State Department of Commerce Office of Renewable Fuels is developing specifications for a new technical assistance program targeted at strategic end users of green electrolytic hydrogen, renewable hydrogen, and hydrogen-derived fuels. Commerce is requesting input from the hydrogen industry, prospective hydrogen users in related industries, and the technical assistance vendor community to shape the development of the program, which is expected to have funding available through June 30, 2027. This RFI will help inform the technical assistance program, which will be funded by the 2025-27 state operating budget.

This RFI contains a total of 28 questions with a mixture of choice, rank, and text responses, and includes both required and optional questions. It is not expected that every question will be relevant to or able to be answered by each respondent. Feel free to reply "N/A" as desired.
