Role Description

The Sales/Account will be in the Industrial Gas division of ICA domestic business such as helium gas and other industrial gas in the North America. Developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing sales processes.

Salary expectation : 120K plus bonus and great corporate benefit plans

Qualifications

· Sales

· Sales Management skills, including team leadership, strategy development and implementation, and performance management

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify their needs and challenges

· Experience in the industrial gases, chemicals, or energy industry is a plus

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

· Basic skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, JDE etc.), Strong problem solving ability, Great skill in performing customer service duties with a polite attitude, Business ethics

Primary tasks :

· Sales activities – Negotiate pricing, quantity, quality, production & shipping lead time with both vendors and customers

· AP/AR management

· Inventory management

· Customer services including regular visit to customers/vendors

** Frequency of business trip : 1-3 a month, 3-7days a time

· Set a financial goal (Budget) on a yearly basis. Keep track of progress on a monthly basis.

· Make a business activity report, make a revenue/profit forecast, analyze financial result (forecast vs actual result) on a monthly basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
