The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) announces the Seaport and Rail Yard Areas Emissions Reduction Program (SPRY) will be opening soon.
The SPRY Program provides financial incentives to eligible applicants to replace or repower eligible drayage trucks and cargo handling equipment operating at seaports and rail yards located within the air quality nonattainment areas in Texas.
