Today the Clean Energy Siting Council is releasing draft recommendation ideas for its annual report to the Governor and Legislature. The Council invites your comments and suggestions on these draft ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clean energy siting and permitting in Washington.
A 30-day comment period on the draft recommendations starts today and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 28, 2026.

The Council is also hosting a question-and-answer session for interested parties to provide information about the report and draft recommendation ideas.
