The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a community meeting to support the development of a report on hydrogen production and use in California, as called for by Senate Bill (SB) 1075 (Skinner, Chapter 363, Statutes of 2022). SB 1075 requires an evaluation of hydrogen production, transmission, distribution, and end use to accelerate progress toward the State’s climate and energy goals.  CARB welcomes your thoughts, experience, and perspectives on hydrogen fuels and future development.

Southern California
CARB plans to host two more in-person meetings in Southern California  with details to follow. Spanish language interpretation services will be provided at these meetings.

Your feedback will be considered in the development of the comprehensive report on hydrogen prepared by CARB pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 1075.   
If you are unable to attend these meetings, you are welcome to submit comments via the contact information listed at the bottom of this notice. CARB will host virtual workshops and request comments on the draft report throughout this year to gather additional public recommendations. A separate notice will be issued when a workshop is scheduled.
