1:00 pm—California Energy Commission staff will conduct a workshop to develop consensus on applications of a hydrogen refueling station capacity model (HyC) to be used when determining the station’s daily dispensing capacity number. The capacity number may be considered as input to the California Energy Commission draft solicitation concepts and by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) in their Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) calculations.
