CaFCP will participate in the Torrance Environmental. We'll be on hand with a Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell and prepared to answer questions about fuel cell electric vehicles, hydrogen fueling stations and more. 
The event includes a car show, a variety of city vehicles and games and more for the entire family. 
The event is free and takes place at the city yard at 20500 Madrona Avenue. Parking is available at the Court House at 825 Maple.

SunLine Transit Agency will host an unveiling of two eighth-generation fuel cell electric buses that will begin daily operation on SunLine routes in the Coachella Valley, bringing their total number of FCEBs to four. The buses will be wrapped in art work designed by local students who will be honored at the unveiling.

The California Fuel Cell Partnership will have a Hyundai Tucson fuel cell vehicle on hand for Carthay Center Elementary's Science Fair & Environmental Expo. The fair and expo will feature student science projects, exhibitors and e-waste collection for students, families and the community.  The event is free and open to the public.

Part of the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology (ECST), the new Hydrogen Facility at Cal State L.A. will be utilized for research, teaching and advancing clean transportation technologies, as well as dispensing fuel to hydrogen fuel cell vehicle users. Several exciting projects being developed by ECST faculty, staff and students will be on display at the grand opening.

The SQAs are intended to  educate and inspire local businesses to adopt sustainable practices and support Santa Monica as a sustainable community. The SQA has recognized over 125 businesses since the program launched in 1995.
