On July 17th, 2024, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) awarded the California Hydrogen Hub, led by the Alliance for Renewable Clean Hydrogen Energy Systems (ARCHES), with $30 million of federal funding to begin Phase 1 of the project plan.
