Rolando Castro Costa said his country’s near 100 per cent renewable power system and the availability of water offer the prospect for Costa Rica to become an active participant in the green hydrogen economy.
Hydrogen has the potential to be a game changer in this context and in Europe, we want to be the ones leading the way. The moment is right.
